An EPAL pallet (EUR-pallet) is the most commonly used wooden pallet in Europe for transport and storage. They have standard dimensions (800 x 1200 x 144 mm) and specifications, set by the European Pallet Association (EPAL).

1st choice europallets (A-grade):

2nd choice europallets (B-grade)
These are used pallets that are functional but show more wear. They are cheaper than new or 1st choice, but less suitable for demanding applications.

- Appearance: Discolored wood, stains, minor damage
- Construction: Sturdy, but minor defects possible (protruding nails, damaged planks)
